We offer a flat nightly rate year-round. Each apartment is $145/night + applicable taxes, with a 2-night minimum. One-night stays are possible based on availability.
Occupancy is based on each apartment’s sleeping arrangements. Additional guests will be added at $15/night + taxes.
Credit Card information is required to book a reservation.
Special pricing is available for multi-apartment reservations and extended stays.
As a disabled veteran and former LEO, I offer a discount to military, veterans, and first-responders.
Cancellations outside of 30 days from reservation dates will incur no penalty.
Cancellations within 14 -30 days of reservation dates will result in a $75 fee
Cancellation less than 14 days results in full charge, unless we are able to re-book the apartment.
No refund for early departure for any reason.
Prior to 14 days, reservations can be re-scheduled as a one-time courtesy date change. Based on availability. Cancellation fees still apply if reservation is canceled after the courtesy date change.
We accept cash payment upon arrival (Credit Card must be on file). Cash payments are eligible for a 10% discount, unless other discounted rates have been applied.
